UPDATED DELIVERY POLICY

We’re taking COVID-19 concerns very seriously and have incorporated precautions to ensure the safe and consistent delivery of our water. We have developed the following policies to ensure we are providing all customers with adequate supply of water. Effective immediately, there is a four jug minimum for all home delivery orders.

SOCIAL DISTANCING PRECAUTIONS

We are listening to recommendations from public health officials and other leading health organizations as we strive to help protect our customers and our staff. We are giving our staff facts about COVID-19 and reminding them to follow simple, but effective steps to keep them safe such as frequent hand washing and wearing surgical gloves. And as always, we are encouraging our team members to take any signs of illness seriously and seek medical attention as needed. Public health officials continue to recommend social distancing measures for all Manitobans. As a result, we have implemented the following social distancing measures:

  • We will be limiting the number of individuals in our store at one time.

  • We encourage you to use card payments over cash.

  • We encourage you to use our home delivery service whenever possible.

  • Drivers will be exchanging all bottles outside the customer’s home or apartment.

  • Drivers will no longer be going into home or apartments to provide drop offs.

  • For apartment customers only, please be sure to make arrangements to have the empties brought outside the entrance of the building for exchange. We will call when we are on route to provide an estimated time of arrival.

MANDATORY FACE MASKS

As mandated by the Province of Manitoba, effective Monday September 28, 2020 face masks are required to be worn by anyone entering our store.
