About the Role
Jackson Springs Water is looking for a professional, organized, and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our local clients.
What You Will Do
Client Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person walk-ins.
Order Management: Accurate entry and scheduling of water delivery orders within our database.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve delivery discrepancies or billing questions efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our delivery drivers and production team to ensure seamless service.
Position Requirements
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of dedicated customer service experience is required.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Organization: Ability to multi-task, prioritize daily workflows, and navigate basic office software/CRM systems.
Reliability: Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to team collaboration.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
A clean driver’s abstract
Great customer service skills
Ability to lift three and five gallon water bottles (50 lbs)
A positive attitude and team mindset
